On-site:
Usually,
we work for companies on-site within their projects. This is often a
desirable way of using consultants, since one advantage for the customer is to
gain new experience within the organization.

Dispensable, not
indispensable: When the work is done, our aim is to be dispensable. We
think this is a good solution for both
parties: It gives us the possibility to participate in more projects of a
greater variety, thus increasing our competence. And, if a customer wants
us back at some point, we may contribute with new experience. It is much
like job rotation, encouraged in many larger companies...
